I was the producer and programmer for this game.
Duel with the Damned is a 2D Two Player Bullet Hell/Arena Style Battler where you play as one of two characters and fight to save your town of Hell's Gate, New Mexico from an incoming demon invasion.
My Contributions
● Lead team of two other students
● Managed Schedules, conducted frequent stand ups, allocated tasks based on skillset
● Programmed movement and multiplayer controls
● Developed rudimentary Enemy AI to track player and fire within a set range
● Designed weapon switching and unique weapons per character
● Managed GitHub and handled version control
This project was completed in May 2023. It was the crowning project for Intro to Game Scripting where we had 3 months to develop a two-player controller game.
